I require parental permission for you to be considered for my program. I Will provide you with a contract needing to be signed by both you and a guardian.

If you are chosen and approved to be one of my representatives, you will receive:

~One free full session lasting two hours or more on location, with 

unlimited clothing changes.

~You can choose 5 of your favorite images for internet use. You will also receive eight wallet sized prints of 5 of these images.

~One mini session each season. (spring, summer, fall, winter)

~You will be supplied with the yearbook image of your choice.

~I will provide you with personalized senior representative cards for you to pass along to your friends, each of your cards I receive back; will earn you earn a $25 print credit, you are eligible to receive a maximum of $150 print credit.
